These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and supply of homemade Balkan-style food products
("Products") by Balkans Taste ("we", "us", "our") to customers ("you", "your") in England.
By placing an order, purchasing, or consuming our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
All Products are homemade and inspired by traditional Balkan recipes. Products are prepared in small batches
and may vary in appearance, taste, and portion size. Product descriptions on our website are for guidance only
and may change based on ingredient availability.

3. Ingredients & Allergens
We comply with UK food allergen legislation. Our kitchen may handle allergens including gluten, milk, eggs, nuts,
peanuts, sesame, soy, celery, mustard, sulphites, fish, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that Products are free
from traces of allergens. Customers must inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing an
order. We accept no liability for allergic reactions where allergen information has been provided or where allergies
were not disclosed.

4. Food Safety & Storage
Products are prepared in accordance with UK food hygiene standards. Some Products are perishable and must
be consumed by the stated use-by date. Storage and reheating instructions provided must be followed carefully.
We accept no responsibility for illness caused by improper storage, handling, or reheating after delivery or
collection.

5. Orders
Orders may be placed via our website. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right
to refuse or cancel orders where payment is not received or ingredients are unavailable.

6. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment method accepted: Cash on delivery. Full payment is required upon
delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellation & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food, refunds are generally not available once preparation has begun. Orders may
be cancelled up to 12 hours before the agreed delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 12
hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund. Statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are
not affected.

8. Delivery
We offer local delivery only. Delivery times and fees (if applicable) will be agreed at the time of ordering. Risk
passes to the customer upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receivethe order.

9. Consumption Disclaimer
Products are intended for immediate consumption or short-term storage only. We are not responsible for illness,
injury, or loss resulting from consumption after the use-by date, failure to follow storage or reheating instructions,
or undeclared allergies.

10. Intellectual Property
All branding, content, images, and recipes used by Balkans Taste remain our intellectual property and may not be
used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. To the
fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not
exceed the total value of the order placed.

12. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable
control, including but not limited to adverse weather, traffic conditions, power outages, or government restrictions.

13. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Personal
information is used solely for order processing and customer communication.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will apply to all new orders.
